The annual report highlights key department activities and achievements from the previous academic year. It serves as platform to share updates on faculty research, teaching, practice, and other Department-led academic programs and initiatives. It also serves as a tool for marketing and recruitment.
Led the content-collection and development, engaging with key stakeholders for direct buy-in, feedback, and ensuring the report met alignment with strategic goals.
Led the visual and creative design of the report including the collection of images and media, ensuring adherence to overall NYU branding guidelines.
Deliver a polished creative annual report and manage the distribution and other sharing activities.
The development of the annual report was organized into 4 project phases:
1. Report outline & content collection
2. Content writing & report drafting
3. Revision and feedback integration. Iterate!
4. Finalize approval & report delivery.
